Secretary of the Political and Law Commission Yu Xinguo led a team to visit Delta Technology Park

On the morning of March 13, 2020, the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee and the Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee Yu Xinguo led  Wu Jing, the Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, Dai Yi, the leader of the city ’s Dalang Guiding Service Group,  Mali of the District Committee Standing Committee, and Zhang Xionghan, Secretary of the Dalang Party Working Committee  and a delegation to visit Delta Technology Park.  Mr. Zeng Weidong, general manager of Shenzhen Yingtai Industrial Group and representatives from companies that are operating in Delta Technology Park accompanied their visit.

There were two main purposes of Secretary Yu Xinguo’s visit.  First was to understand the series of work anti-epidemic work carried out at Delta Technology Park during the  Covid-19 epidemic.  Second was to understand the production status of surgical grade mask  automation machines in Shenzhen Jaryi Precision Automation Technology Co., Ltd.

Secretary Yu and his party first visited Delta Technology Park and inquired in detail about the resumption of production and production of the companies in the technology park.  He also gave affirmation and guidance to the anti-epidemic prevention and control work to the Delta Technology Park management team. During the epidemic, Yingtai Industrial Group  embraced the slogan”cared for the national conditions and overcome the difficulties together” by  exempting more than ten tenants of  Delta Technology Park from rent and management fees in February.  A total of about 3 million yuan have been saved by companies that call Delta Technology Park their home.

Then Secretary Yu and his group visited Shenzhen Jaryi Precision Automation Technology Co., Ltd. for a field visit.  They listened to the introduction of the company’s epidemic prevention and control, and resumption of production plan. Jaryi’s core business is manufacturing automation equipment for other manufacturers.  During the epidemic, Jaryi took the initiative to assemble a production line for surgical grade mask machine automation equipment, with a production capacity of about 150 units. After the equipment was put on the market, it greatly eased the shortage of mask production in China. Secretary Yu thanked Jaryi for their contribution.

Secretary Yu and his group visited the facade upgrading project of Delta Technology Park.  Secretary Yu agreed with the scientific and technological facade design and hoped to see the 15 years old industrial park transformed into a modern science and technology park that makes Delta Technology Park a focal point in the Longhua District.
