Ying Tai Industrial was founded by Hung Mak in 1957. The company begun as a Hong Kong plastic toy and jewelry manufacturer and moved its production base to Shenzhen in 1992.
With a growing challenge for foreign manufacturers to set up their business in Shenzhen, Hung Mak developed Ying Tai Industrial Park in 1993, a manufacturing space solution business, to support foreign companies with hopes to help them create new opportunities in the region.
Ying Tai helped its first customer, Foxconn, to design and build its manufacturing compound to fit exacting logistical needs before leasing the space back to Foxconn. Many similar projects have since been created for customers from across the globe in China, Japan, US and Europe. These projects together forged Ying Tai Industrial Park.
Today, Ying Tai has two industrial parks (Ying Tai Industrial Park, Shenzhen and Delta Industrial Park, Huizhou) and one more technology park (Delta Technology Park, Shenzhen). Ying Tai is committed to the long-term development of industrial work space for manufacturers and R&D businesses.
Ying Tai is committed to continuously observe, apply and set new trends locally and globally in the areas of industrial psychology, technology and commercial environment design in order to increase our tenants’ talent attraction, retention and productivity.
