The groundbreaking ceremony of Yingtai Industrial Park Revitalization Project was held at 6 pm of June 6, 2020. Mr. Zeng Weidong, General Manager of Yingtai Industrial Group, Mr. Xin Huibo of Shenghui Group, Nanhua Geotechnical Engineering Company, and others participated in this ceremony together.
The revitalization project of Yingtai Industrial Park is one of the major projects in the Shenzhen. This project has received strong support from both the city and district government.
The revitalization project has a total construction area of about 600,000 square meters and a total investment of about 6 billion yuan. It is an urban renewal project transformed from a traditional industrial park that focused on mass production, to a modern industrial park that focuses on R&D. This project will be focus on the city’s functionality as it’s core, helping to improve Longhua District’s industrial R&D and service efficiency, as well as integrating
facilities to balance work, life, and leisure.
