Corporate Office Space
Since 1993 Ying Tai has facilitated many manufacturers in their endeavors to rapidly grow into listed companies through the Shenzhen, Hong Kong and other regional stock exchanges. As these companies have expanded, their need for corporate office has grown.
To accommodate this demand, Ying Tai committed itself in 2014 to constructing the Ying Tai Industrial Park Revitalization Project and subsequently received approval from the Shenzhen city government in 2019. This revitalization project will include corporate offices, R&D space, apartment complexes and retail space with a total GFA of approximately 600,000 sqm.
